At Masculine Moda, we understand that plans can change. Please review our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@masculinemoda.com with your Order ID.
2. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
3. Cancellation by Masculine Moda
Masculine Moda reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment authorization issues or suspected fraud
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information
In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled.
Customized or made-to-order products (if applicable) cannot be cancelled once production or processing has begun.

Masculine Moda reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time.
